Precautions and temperature settings for purchasing blackbody radiation sources
I. Unpacking the Blackbody Radiation Sources
Carefully inspect the surface of the blackbody radiation sources upon unpacking, as damage may have occurred during transportation. If there is any shipping damage, notify the carrier.
Confirm that the following components are present: infrared calibration source (blackbody furnace), power cord, and user guide.

II. Placement
1. The blackbody radiation source must be placed on a flat surface, with at least 8 inches of free space around the calibration instrument. (Note: One model of this calibration standard has two power supplies: 220V/AC and 110V/AC. Please ensure the power rating is suitable for the instrument.)
2. Turn on the power switch on the calibration power supply. The fan should start quietly, and after the instrument and controller display light up for 3 seconds, the controller will operate normally after a brief self-test. If the operation fails, please check the power connection.
3. The heater will start operating, calibrating to the preset temperature, and the display will begin to show the actual target temperature.

III. The procedure for setting the temperature is as follows
1. Press the "ON" button to turn on the instrument. The display screen will light up, indicating that it is ready for operation.
2. Set the temperature according to the product manual. This generally varies depending on whether it's a standard model (with a smart touchscreen) or a portable model (with buttons). The LED display will show the actual set temperature.
3. It may take 10 to 20 minutes or more for the actual temperature to stabilize after setting. The device's stabilization time can be obtained by contacting the manufacturer.
